Church Cancelation 9/7/2011

This message is to notify everyone that due to all of the rain and high water, several area roads are closed as of 2:30 pm local time. With that said, all Wednesday night activities at church are canceled.

A New Song

Save the date! On Tuesday, Octover 18th the musical group A New Song from Friendship International will be here on their European Encounter tour. They will be performing a concert in the multi-purpose room in the evening. Some of the same young people from Hungary and Romania will be back with us again. Please come and enjoy a night of music and praise, and bring friends and family too! More information, including the time of day, will be posted soon.

Bible Study and Application

Please join us for our final seminar on Wednesday August 31, 2011 at 7:00PM in the sanctuary. Mr. Troy Zirkle, a member of the deacon board at Church of the Open Door in York will be speaking on reading the Bible and applying scripture to our lives. This will be the last in a series of seminars this summer to give us fresh ideas about how we at New Fairview can most effectively serve our God, our members, and our community.

Balancing Tradition and Change in the Church

Please join us for a special seminar led by Charlie Ilyes "Balancing Tradition and Change in the Church" on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 7 PM. Vacation Bible School 2011

Vacation Bible School will be held on June 13-17 each evening from 6:30 to 8:45 PM, with Children's Day on Sunday, June 19th. ALL children must be registered. To register, click here. Deadline for registration is June 12th.

Brazil Youth Mission Trip

Dave Hilt will be speaking in the sanctuary on June 12th during the Sunday School hour (9-10AM) for anyone interested in hearing about the youth mission trip to Brazil in 2012. Please support our youth in this endeavor to reach out.
