Ladies!! Please join us for Peaceful Postures with Jenn White; a stretching, stability, and strength-based class designed with all the ability levels in mind. We will begin each class with a christian devotion and prayer.
The class takes place in the large children’s room in the basement of the church. Please enter through the side entrance with steps. Someone will be there to greet you from 6:15pm-6:35pm. Doors will be locked at that point and you will need to text Lindsay to be let in. The class is $5/person. The class is for everyone, so invite friends!
